About Us

We offer high quality Okinawan meats according to the daily availability, centering on Okinawan branded meats such as Ishigaki beef and agu pork. We pursue deliciousness and enjoyment in the "Ryukyu Yakiniku" style, named in the sense of "eating up the whole of Okinawa," while mixing in ingredients unique to Okinawa, such as island vegetables grown by Yanbaru farmers, our signature dipping sauces, side dishes, and a special ending dish.

4 Commitments

We offer a menu and prices that can be enjoyed only in Okinawa, from reasonably priced beef and pork raised in Okinawa to special meats (Yamashiro beef, Ishigaki beef, Motobu beef, Kin Ago pork, etc.).

We offer a variety of Okinawan ingredients ranging from vegetables, namul, kimchi, umi budou, mozuku seaweed, and eggs with care by local people under the tropical sun.

We offer original sauces that make the meat taste delicious, such as a rich, Okinawan-style original sauce made with brown sugar and mango, and a salt sauce made with bitter gourd and green papaya, which go great with agu pork.

We also use traditional Okinawan pottery (yachimun) for tableware to give the customers a sense of Okinawa in terms of appearance.
